It mainly depends on the branch in which you want to go in, as the placements CS of VIT is best. But, placements of ECE of SRM is better than any other institute of the country.

VIT is the best campus if compared to SRM, since this is the best private institute and the placement are much better than SRM and also in terms of education, infrastructure, opportunities, placements and environment.
