IITs are good and PEC University Chandigarh and IIST are the top colleges in India. Others are Acharya and Manipal.

There are few colleges that offer Aerospace Engineering. The best among all of them are IIST, IISc, IIT Kanpur, IIT Bombay etc. Coming towards the private colleges, UPES is the one that actually offers practical and in-depth knowledge of the field.
