If you do MBA, you will perceive both managerial and technical skills. So, you will have better job opportunities later on. So, pursue MBA, if you like to study real life situations.

It depends on your interest, you can get good jobs with all the three. First, decide what you want to pursue, technology or management course and choose the option.

If you are interested in Higher Studies or research in the same stream then you may go for M.Tech, else M.Sc would be a good option. You should have 55% marks for B.Tech/BE and a valid score of GATE. I am enlisting a few good colleges for M.Tech : IIT Roorkee, IIT Guwahati, DTU, IIT Varanasi, IIT Dhanbad, NIT Surathkal, NIT Tiruchirappalli, NIT Warangal, NIT Calicut, Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar, Punjab, College of Engineering, Anna University, DTU, VIT, BITS, IIIT Hyderabad, IIEST Howrah, College of Engineering Pune, Jadavpur University, IIIT Allahabad, Anna University If you are not interested in learning technology anymore, only then you should pursue MBA. You should have cleared anyone entrance test (such as CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT/CMAT/GMAT/NEST) and should also have a min of 45% to 55% in your Bachelors. You can do MBA in any specializations of your interest. Some Good Colleges are: IIMS, XLRI Goa Institute of Management Lovely Professional University-Punjab K. J. Somaiya Institute Mumbai D. Y. Patil University. All the best for bright future.

If you do MBA from a good B-School after B-Tech, then it will give you a high salary package as compared to any other course. So, if you are looking for high paid jobs, MBA is best for you. Rest all depends on your interest. Thank you.
