Generally, that's the way people think and there are some reasons that there are more female HRs are out there as compared to male. That could be a reason for this but there are male HRs out there which are also handling the department pretty well. It's just like at the start, people had a mind-set that MBA it just one basic Masters course but after some time, an organization starts to feel that there is a requirement for MBA in organisation to handle all the management. It's just a matter of time then you won't feel that MBA in HR is only for girls (females).

I don't think so that MBA in HR is only for girls. It depends on an individual's interest that where he or she wants to go for work and the field he/she opts for. HR job is a very responsible official job.

HR is the best possible field for people from all Background. So chill, you can go for it regardless of your gender. Most of the Director and CEOs of companies are Men. Men make the best HR. Hey, actually Department of Management Sciences, PUMBA is a very Prestigious Institution for MBA especially in Pune and Maharashtra. The main reason behind this is its ROI, best campus. Likewise, the type of people who take admission, range the cutoffs between 98 to 99.60 percentiles. For general category, cutoff is always high and for OBC, it is slightly on the lighter side by 3 percentile. For SC ST and NT category, it is variable from 58 percentile to 86 percentile. For Physical Disable candidates it is between 56 to 60 percentiles. Hence, PUMBA stands out to be the toughest, yet the most trusted option for MBA aspirants. Fees for it's entire course of 22 months is 1.4 k and for OBC it is 75k , for SC ST NT it is 20k. Best Infrastructure and Curriculum is updated. Hence, PUMBA is probably the most trusted and reliable institute for Management Studies. Thanks and Cheers.
