Depends on several factors: Your background, academics, interview performance and how you present yourself. Also, depends on your body language as well as tone of your voice.

Indian Institute of management is a dream destination for students. There are lot of criteria which IIMS look for: - Marks/percentile. - Group discussion. - Personal interview. If one performs badly in any of the above it will reduce your chance of getting into IIMs. IIMs Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta and Kozhikode are the most demanded campus. Some years there will be a change in salary package for students studying in these campuses. The best thing is that competition for students in IIM A, B, C is high. The percentile of 99.5 sometime won't be a matter of fact. At times the student is not able to perform well in GD-PI. We cannot assure a seat with marks or placement. So this might be one of the reasons for not getting a seat in IIM Ahmedabad.Sometimes some other IIMs will give seats. So try to perform well in all these 3 exams, GD and PI.
