I will answer by comparing the pros and cons of both colleges - 1. Generally IIM-A is better suited for freshers as compared to ISB as less companies recruit at ISB for entry level jobs. 2. If you want to go for finance IIM-A is lot better than ISB. While for management and consultancy both are comparable. 3. IIM-A offers 2 year course while ISB offers one year course. This can be a major factor to consider. According to me 2 years would be better as you would learn more as compared to that in ISB. 4. According to Financial Times Global Rankings ISB stands 27th while IIM-A stands at 29th position. ISB provides better mix of international students and faculties as compared to IIM-A. 5. Placements are a bit better at IIM-A. 6. Also return on investment is better at IIM-A. You should mainly consider what field you wanna pursue (Marketing, Finance, HR) , how many years to study, how much fees to pay, the type of environment you wanna study in and many other factors before making a decision. In my personal opinion go for IIM-A over ISB. (But many may disagree).
