Since quant and data interpretation sections are more or less the same in CAT and Bank PO in terms of syllabus, and CAT being on the higher side of difficulty. You can start preparing for CAT and Bank PO simultaneously. Logical reasoning section is different in both exams. So, sort out the requirements of CAT and Bank PO logical reasoning sections. But most importantly, CAT is about analytical ability and Bank PO is about speed. So, start preparing for Bank PO with a timer in the hand. The aim is to answer 1 question in 1 minute correctly.
