As far as my understanding stands at this moment, there is no such minimum requirement i.e. one should be able eligible even less than 80% marks in graduation. Although, it is best to look at the admission prospectus to be sure (since it can change from year to year).

Criteria for PGP 2017-19 batch_110117.pdf. According to this, the cutoff for graduation percentage was kept at the 80th percentile of the percentage of marks of the respective ACRC group (ACRC group is determined by the discipline of the Bachelor's degree) of the applicants pool. Hence, it would depend on the applicants this year and also on your discipline. For IIMB, I don’t think there is any such criteria. Hence, you should be eligible. But do remember, that certain weights are put on each of the score.

If you score 98-99 percentile in CAT exam then you may be eligible to get a college like IIM A or B.

Your admission in IIMs is depends on CAT score, so you have to give CAT exam after that you can get a call from IIMs for GD PI.
