Getting into an IIM itself is very difficult and actually studying there itself says your future success. It's the best to study MBA from.

Getting a job totally depends upon your skills and knowledge and not the institute. Institutes only help you get the correct environment and exposure to real world. Speaking about MBA from abroad, it is advisable to pursue MBA abroad only if you have a good work experience and also financing an MBA abroad is a big challenge although the returns are promising.
