Yes, you are eligible for NIMCET exam. In this exam, class 12th marks is not important, but graduation marks will matter surely. You must have 60% in graduation with one subject Maths/Stats. There are many exam too for MCA such as: BHU MCA CET, BITS Mesra MCA CET, JNU MCA CET, DU MCA CET, MAH MCA CET. For this exam, you need to have Maths as a subject in class 12th and in Graduation with 50%-55% with one subject maths/stats H.

Ankit, one cannot guarantee a job irrespective of the qualification level. With BCA the scope would be lesser as most employers prefer higher qualification. You may have to try a bit harder in getting the job. The salary at starting level for BCA is generally Rs 10,000 to 15,000 per month

Since you will be competing with the students who have done in regular mode, it depends entirely on how much you have learnt in practical aspects. I would suggest you to join some software course like java, c++, etc to top up your BCA.
