You can't pursue B.Sc animation because you should be passed 12th to enter any degree courses otherwise you can pursue Diploma or Masters Diploma which would provide you equal knowledge.

No, it might not be possible to get admission in B.Sc. Animation with backlogs in Polytechnic. You can eligible for Diploma course in VFX & Animation.

No, you can't take admission for any course if you have any backlogs in Diploma and you won't get admission for B.Sc course just by your Diploma course but if you have completed 12th in science stream then you can study B.Sc animation.
