No, in today's world Chartered accountants complete globally and if you have good English communication skills then it will be good opportunity.

Hindi is our national language however I will suggest you to opt for English. I will be very difficult to understand study material, mock test paper etc. In Hindi. Also, sometimes examiner may find it difficult to check Hindi answer copies. Therefore, opt for English, it will help you in your future endeavor also. Thanks.
