No, AICTE has banned any engineering program other than a full time on campus degree program and even if somebody offers such programme it is invalid and unrecognized and most probably a fake one. You may still check for BITS-Pilani work integrated learning programme which is very costly but you may face recognition issue later. If you are a Diploma engineering holder or a 10+2 with physics, chemistry or mathematics, you may still opt for AMIE but that won't be accepted everywhere and one of the toughest exam in the world.
