No, JEE Mains score doesn't come in hand while taking admission in Galgotia’s University. Galgotia’s conduct their own GEEE examination (Galgotia’s Engineering Entrance Exam) + you can check their eligibility criteria (subject to change shortly) from this link:

It doesn't require JEE Mains marks. It has its own entrance exam, i.e. GEEE. Fill out the form, give exam and get admission. You can get benefits of scholarship depending upon your 12th result or JEE mains marks.
