It will not create any problem - you may get a notarized affidavit made from your parents, it should work out.

SB Khan and Saida Beguam (SB) are same name and can easy be justified if there is a query. Therefore, I am of the opinion that it will create no difficulty in visa processing for you. You can also take an affidavit from your parents that both names are of same person and get it notarized to avoid any confusion.
