SIMPLE i.e (KISS- Keep it short and simple)In oral communication, spoken words are used.It includes face-to-face conversations, SPEECH, telephonic conversation, video, radio, television, and voice over the internet.In written communication, written signs and symbols, both in printed or handwritten form can be used.Pictures, graphs, ETC., are used to complement the written text.The communicator’s writing skills, STYLE, and knowledge of grammar affect the quality of the message.In written communication, the message can be transmitted through email, letter, report, memo, etc.This is the most commonly used communication in a business organization.Non-Verbal CommunicationThe message is transmitted without words.It is all about the body language of the speaker and does not make use of words.Communication such as body gesture, eye contact, body language, posture, TONE of voice, or facial expressions is called non-verbal communication.It has no structure, plan, design, or pattern.It is spontaneous and unintentional instead of mechanical.It has three elements: Appearance, Body language, and sounds.It has two categories: static and dynamic.Static includes distance, orientation, posture, and physical contact.Dynamic includes facial expressions, gestures, and looking.It is usually used to communicate feelings like liking and preferences.Organic Communication: Communication that “just happens” as a result of collaboration.Conclusion: Hence we can conclude that non-verbal communication is unstructured.
