NONVERBAL communication:It means the transmission of messages or signals without using any non-verbal cues.It uses nonverbal cues i.e. gestures, posture, eye contact, facial expressions, and the DISTANCE between two individuals, etc.In the 1960s, Dr. Mehrabian researched non-verbal communication and agreed that 70 to 90 per cent of communication is nonverbal.
