To becomea lecturer in India you will have to clear the UGC NET Exam.
The National Testing Agency conducts the UGC NET Exam for selecting the candidates for the post of Assistant Professor or awarding Junior Research Fellowship.

The UGC NET Exam is conducted twice a year (June and December).
To appear in this exm you will requre a complete master's degree with minimum 55% aggregate marks.
