Find the volume of the body bounded by x2+y2+z2=4x2+y2+z2=4 and x2+y2=1x2+y2=1.

This is the last subject in our syllabus and I am afraid that my professor had not any time to teach it before the end of the semester, and left us wondering in the land of calculating body volumes in 3D3D. I know this can be done by double integral, but I would be happy if someone showed me direction into solving such questions.
