Our grades com/tag/f">for the Coding com/tag/f">f="https://com/tag/f">forum.tuteehub.com/tag/class">class I am taking are divided between projects and exams. The procom/tag/f">fessor I take the com/tag/f">f="https://com/tag/f">forum.tuteehub.com/tag/class">class under has the com/tag/f">following policy on her syllabus:

Icom/tag/f">f our cumulative average com/tag/f">for either our exams or projects is below 65% we receive an F in the com/tag/f">f="https://com/tag/f">forum.tuteehub.com/tag/class">class.

For example, lets say your com/tag/f">f="https://com/tag/f">forum.tuteehub.com/tag/class">class grade was an 75% (C) with a 90% average com/tag/f">for projects, but a 60% average com/tag/f">for exams. You would receive a com/tag/f">failing grade. To me this seems highly immoral considering some students simply aren't good test takers.

Just curious, but is this policy legal in any way?
