SECOND tomb in the complex is believed to be of his wife.Sheikh Chilli was a respected Qadiriyya Sufi tutor of Mughal Prince DARA Shikoh (eldest son of Shah Jahan).PANCHVATI TEMPLE - PALWALThe temple is named after the Pandavas who are believed to stay at this place during their days of exile.Later a temple was built at this place.The beautiful paintings in the temple speak aloud the exile period of the five mythological heroes.The Palwal district is 60km from Delhi and a PART of the Braj region. It is the place where Mahatama Gandhi was arrested for the first time. 'Gandhi Ashram' was built to commemorate this.JAYANTI TEMPLE - JINDThe temple is believed to have been built by the Pandavas as they offered their prayers to the 'Goddess of Victory' in order to defeat Kauravas in the battle.The town that came up around the temple was named 'Jaintapuri' (abode of Jainti Devi) and during the course of time, the name of the town changed to Jind.KHOKHRAKOT - ROHTAKThe site is identified with the historical town of Rohitika-Rohtak and is locally known as Khokhrakot.This ancient site finds MENTION in Mahabharata and the Painted Grey Ware found in archaeological excavations.It was the capital of the Yaudheya Republic and sculptures, coins, terracotta figurines of the 8th to 11th century were found here.The site was excavated by Prof. Manmohan Kumar (Maharshi DAYANAND University) and Shri J.S. Khatri (Dept. of Archaeology and Museums, Govt. of Haryana).
