I am so EXCITED.
In mid October, I will be leaving Toronto to take a 26 day Yoga Teacher Training Course at the The Yandara Yoga INSTITUTE in Baja, Mexico.
I am always eager to learn more about yoga, so you can guess how thrilling this news is. This course will improve my own yoga practice (in the warm sunshine) and I'll learn new ideas, INFORMATION and techniques from professional instructors with years of EXPERIENCE.
I have learnt so MUCH from my Yoga and Meditation For Children workshops in the past, so just think how full of energy and new knowledge I will be when I return to my classes here in the Beaches after this course.
