ASHRAM.The real name of Sabarmati Ashram is Satyagraha Ashram.Sabarmati Ashram is located in the Sabarmati suburb of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, on the banks of the River Sabarmati.The Sabarmati Ashram was home to Mohandas Gandhi from 1917 until 1930 and served as one of the main centers of the Indian freedom struggle.
