You have an error in php-fpm.conf
as stated in the logs you posted (stripped timestamps):
ERROR: [/etc/php/7.0/fpm/php-fpm.conf:127] value is NULL for a ZEND_INI_PAR PHP: syntax error, unexpected '$' in Unknown on line 1 ERROR: failed to load configuration file '/etc/php/7.0/fpm/php-fpm.conf' ERROR: FPM initialization failed
Fix your php-fpm.conf and run to test the syntax:
$ sudo /usr/sbin/php-fpm7.0 --test
The output should look like this:
[04-May-2016 17:10:59] NOTICE: configuration file /etc/php/7.0/fpm/php-fpm.conf test is successful
