I've a problem (and i'm a Newbie) and i need a guideline (because i don't have the minimum idea of how resolve this problem),so, i'm implementing an app that use Firebase Messaging Service and an helpdesk service called Freshchat,and...all go fine,but,only in Oreo and superior Android Systems.In every inferior system app simply don't start. I setted the minimum SDK to 23,but don't work anyway. What is the problem? Thank you in advance!
(P.S: I think is a Firebase problem,of Id Notification channel)
