I have this Semantic UI React Multi Select Dropdown and I want to make sure that before my form can be submitted the user selects at least one option. How can I enforce this? I know how to do this is in redux-form but in this particular can I cannot use that approach.

<Form>
<Form.Field
  name="contentAreaSkills"
  label=""
  placeholder="Content"
  value={this.state.reviewerSearch.contentAreaSkills}
  onChange={this.handleSearchFilterChange}
  category={'contentAreaSkills'}
  control={LookupDropdown}
  fluid
  multiple
  search
  selection
/>
<Form.Button
  primary
  label="&nbsp;"
  content={'Submit'}
  onClick={() => {}}
/>
Form>
