How to convert my encryption code from PHP to NodeJS?

I worked with one of payment gateway. For that, I need to generate one encryption key. I have pasted my code what I wrote in PHP.

public function payment_encrypt2($string, $key)
{
        return urlencode((base64_encode(mcrypt_encrypt(MCRYPT_RIJNDAEL_256, md5($key), serialize($string), MCRYPT_MODE_CBC, md5(md5($key))))));
}

I just want to convert this code from PHP to NodeJS language. I am 50% in NodeJS. I can't change this way. Because it is working from long back ago. I can't change the encryption method very suddenly, So I need to go with the above flow only.
