ionic 2: ionic run android shows error

i have error when i run "ionic run android" or "ionic build android" in my ionic 2 com/tag/app">app thicom/tag/s">s icom/tag/s">s the error i get. i jucom/tag/s">st tryinh to com/tag/s">see my com/tag/app">app in the emulator of android. i tried to make new ionic 2 project but it'com/tag/s">s the com/tag/s">same problem.
