MongoDB Create an Auto-Increment Sequence Field

I'm using Spring Data Mongo in my POC and look like there is no way to control the auto-incrementfeature through Spring Data Mongo.

I need to write logic something like below, but I suspect its not good for higher org. Can something be achived using Spring Data Mongo ?
