nginx: [emerg] bind() to ip:3000 failed (99: Cannot assign requested address)

I want running my https://forum.tuteehub.com/tag/server">server(nodejs) without https://forum.tuteehub.com/tag/server">server name. Only running on my ip address. Here is my config file:

/etc/https://forum.tuteehub.com/tag/nginx">nginx/sites-available/https://forum.tuteehub.com/tag/server">server.com.conf

https://forum.tuteehub.com/tag/server">server {
    listen xx.xx.xx.xx:3000 default_https://forum.tuteehub.com/tag/server">server;

    location / {
        proxy_set_header   X-Forwarded-For $remote_addr;
        proxy_set_header   Host $http_host;
        proxy_pass         "http://xx.xx.xx.xx:3000";
    }
}

When I restart https://forum.tuteehub.com/tag/nginx">nginx and see status I get this error:

https://forum.tuteehub.com/tag/nginx">nginx: [emerg] https://forum.tuteehub.com/tag/bind">bind() to ip:3000 failed (99: Cannot assign requested address)

Where is my wrong? Please help me

If your nodejs is running in different server as the NGINX, you can define https://forum.tuteehub.com/tag/upstream">upstream in the nginx config. Leave the listen parameter as port number only.

Example:

https://forum.tuteehub.com/tag/upstream">upstream yournodejshttps://forum.tuteehub.com/tag/server">server {
     https://forum.tuteehub.com/tag/server">server xx.xx.xx.xx:3000;
}

https://forum.tuteehub.com/tag/server">server {
    listen 3000;

    location / {
        proxy_set_header   X-Forwarded-For $remote_addr;
        proxy_set_header   Host $http_host;
        proxy_pass         http://yournodejshttps://forum.tuteehub.com/tag/server">server;
    }
}
