Qt virtualkeyboard - custom layout doesn't affect keyboard height?

Hello I am trying to work with Qt Virtual Keyboard. I wanted to resize the height of keyboard. So I started to create my own Keyboard Layout as the documentation to Qt Virtual Keyboard says. But the layout only change the number of keys in one rows. Not the height of the row or the size of the buttons even when I write the weight of the key option or row height... Please can you help me? Am I missing something? Bellow is some code that I have so far...
