Provide sql server certification to my c# windows application

I have database so I encrypt it using TDE certification as the code below

USE master;  
GO  
CREATE MASTER KEY ENCRYPTION BY PASSWORD = 'MyPassword';  
go  
CREATE CERTIFICATE DBForCompanyEncrypt WITH SUBJECT = 'Certificate subject';  
go  
USE DBForCompany1;  
GO  
CREATE DATABASE ENCRYPTION KEY  
WITH ALGORITHM = AES_128  
ENCRYPTION BY SERVER CERTIFICATE DBForCompanyEncrypt;  
GO  
ALTER DATABASE DBForCompany1  
SET ENCRYPTION on;  
GO 

an I get a backup to the master key and the certification using the code below

BACKUP CERTIFICATE DBForCompanyEncrypt TO FILE ='F:\certification'  
      WITH PRIVATE KEY   
      (   
        FILE ='F:\PrivateKey',  
        ENCRYPTION BY PASSWORD ='MyPassword'   
      )  

and I drop the certification so I am not able to attach the database so How can I provide the certification only to my c# windows application?
