The company uses internal nexus and require SSL certification when access it.

for the build on desktop, I use this command and it works well gradle build -Djavax.net.ssl.trustStore=PathToFile -javax.net.ssl.trustStorePassword=changeit

Couple days ago,

  • operation team updated my privilege on the machine and
  • update JDK version to 1.80.201.

I start to get SSL exception.

javax.naming.CommunicationException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

Have Tried

  1. delete existing certification file and get new one (read permission )
  2. revert JDK version by environment path

But still get the issue.

Please help.
