atomic mass of N = 14u

atomic mass of H = 1

molecular mass of  NH₃ = 1 x 14 + 3 x 1 = 17u

2) CH₃COOH

atomic mass of C = 12

atomic mass of H  = 1

atomic mass of O = 16

molecular mass of CH₃COOH = 2 x 12 + 4 x 1 + 2 x 16 = 60u

3) C₂H₅OH

atomic mass of  C = 12

atomic mass of  H = 1

atomic mass of  0 = 16

molecular mass of C₂H₅OH = 2 x 12 + 1 x 6 + 1 x 16 = 46u
