1- no it is not looking normal.2- an oil spill happened in the water due to which it's body has been covered with oil.3-it affects water degradation as oil spill pollutes the water and causes harm to animals living in water and MANY animals die due to these activities.4-it affects ecosystem of waterbody very badly as seagulls and other birds living in it get oil stick to their body which causes irritation to them and they die soon . the FISH SWALLOW this oil and die or if they get eaten by other fish or human being they cause DISEASES to them.Explanation:
