When we talk of 'people as a resource', we REFER to the working people of the COUNTRY with respect to their various abilities and skills. It forms a factor of production and can be developed by education, skill training programs, and ultimately it turns into human capital.Human beings can be reffered as a resource when their qualities like knowledge and skill are utilised for some purpose. For the development of human resource ,investment in the form of health facilities and education needs to be made.•Negative effects of the large population:The rapid growth of population diminishes the availability of capital per head which reduces the productivity of its labour force. More population requires more investment in every sphere like the production of FOOD grain, new infrastructure, new employment opportunities etc.•Positive effects of the large population:It increases the availability of cheap labour. It leads to the formation of the large market as INVESTORS WOULD like to invest in a country with a large population. It motivates people to innovate. Increasing population pressurize society to innovate to better serve the people. Please mark as brainliest!!!
