	2.	Iv Special public prosecutors appointed by the central government . केंद्र सरकार द्वारा नियुक्त विशेष लोक अभियोजक ;
	3.	Ii Public prosecutors appointed by the state govern- राज्य सरकार द्वारा नियुक्त लोक अभियोजक ;
	4.	Iii Additional public prosecutors appointed by the state or central government . केंद्र अथवा राज्य सरकार द्वारा नियुक्त अतिरिक्त लोक अभियोजक ;
	5.	V Special public prosecutors appointed by state gov- ernment for special cases and for a particular time . विशेष मामलों तथा विशिष्ट अवधि के लिए राज्य सरकार नियुक्त विशेष लोक अभियोजक .
	6.	I A combination of judicial and executive functions were vested in the same officer . न्यायिक तथा कार्यपालक कार्यों का संयोजन अर्थात न्यायाधीश और अभियोजक के कार्य एक ही अधिकारी करता था ;

Public Prosecutors are officers of the court and like any other advocate practising before the court , they also owe an obligation to the court to be fair and just . लोक अभियोजक न्यायालय के अधिकारी हैं और न्यायालय में विधि व्यवसाय करने वाले किसी अन्य अधिवक्ता के समान ही न्यायालय के प्रति उनका दायित्व है कि वे उचित और न्यायसम्मत व्यवहार करें .
	10.	For every designated court , the central government or the state government appoints a person to be a Public Prosecutor which includes Additional Public Prosecutors or Special Public Prosecutors . प्रत्येक अभिहित न्यायालय के लिए केंद्र अथवा राज़्य सरकार किसी व्यक्ति को लोक अभियोजक नियुक़्त Zकरती है जिसके अंतर्गत अतिरिक़्त लोक अभियोजक अथवा विशेष लोक अभियोजक हैं .
