3.A government servant dismissed for corruption or for disloyalty to the State is disqualified for a period of five years from the date of his dismissal .
भ्रष्टाचार या राज़्य के प्रति गैर वफादारी के लिए बर्खास्त किया गया सरकारी कर्मचारी अपनी बर्खास्तगी की तिथि से पांच वर्षों की अवधि केZ लिए अनर्ह रहता है .
