| 2. | During the rest of the sitting of the day , by a sort of unwritten understanding or convention , the question of quorum is usually not raised by any member .
बैठक के शेष समय के दौरान एक प्रथा-सी है कि किसी सदस्य द्वारा गणपूर्ति का प्रश्श्न सामान्य तौर पर नहीं उठाया जाता .

यदि किसी दिन 11.00 म . पू . यह यचह देख जाए कि सदन में गणपूर्ति नही है तो गणपूर्ति घंटी बजायी जाती है और अध्यक्ष भी भ्पीठासीन होता है जब गणपूर्ति हो गई हो .
