tion:OBSERVATION(1)MOST OF THE ALPHA PARTICLESP PASSED THROUGH THE GOLD FOIL WERE UNDEFLECTED.(2)A SMALL FRACTION OF ALPHA- PARTICLES WERE DEFLECTED BY SMALL ANGLES.(3)A 'VERY FEW ALPHA PARTICLES WERE BOUNCED BACK ( REFLECTED BY 180 DEGREES. CONCLUSION(1) MOST OF THE SPACE IN THE ATOM IS EMPTY.(2)A POSITIVE CHARGE IS NOT SPREAD THROUGH OUT THE ATOM ,AS THOMSON PREDICATED.(3) THE POSITIVE CHARGE IS CONCENTRATED IN A "VERY SMALL VOLUME" OF THE ATOM.THANK YOU,I HOPE IT'S HELPFUL TO YOU ✌️
