motivation is necessary for won over fear and good performance. In the beginning the young seagull was to afraid to fly and his family members just treat him as a LOOSER but his mother LOVE him and encourage him she also bring food for him. Explanation:the young seagull had made his maiden flight successfuly.When he was near the sea.He was flying straight over it. It is true that fear and lack of motivation and CONFIDENCE stop one from learning new things as in the story the young seagull in his character,he was scared of flying.his family tried hard to make him fly but he refused to do because of fear of sinking in water. they even seplded him for his cowardice.It is fact that unless we try for something and overcome our fear,we can't learn anything.confidence and motivation are two most important traits that make any learniy
