Is it really needed to add consulting/ contract job experience in the resume or it is okay to skip it?
Reason being that for international students to get direct full time job is tough but once you get one I would like to understand if the full time employer's resume, which we will submit, does it really need to show your consulting experience or is it okay to skip it?
In your institute for immigration you will just update them that you got a new direct job and immigration office already have your past experience records. So for H1B filing does your current full time company need to have the resume with consulting work experience or that should be fine?
What if you don't want to show consulting experience to the direct full time client?
