LoginSolve : Virtual Switch failed in Hyper-v Server 2012?

I INSTALLED SERVER 2012 virtually in Citrix xen server. I installed Hyper -v role in server 2012.
My question I want to run VIRTUAL machine in hyper-v manager and I can't create virtual switch it says
"An error occured while trying to retrieve a list of virtual switches.
The operation on computer 'localhost' failed ".
PLEASE help me in this issue.
