Solve : New Research on Natural Gas Storage.?

This is off TOPIC. It is about new research on natural gas. ( METHANE.)
As you well know, it is a controversial topic. Some hope that science will resolve the global energy demand with new discoveries that will satisfy everyone. Or maybe almost everyone. The title of the report is:

What the report does not do is provide assurance that use of natural gas will really help resolve the other issues implicit in the use of any hydrocarbon product.
