Solve : incoming e mails erratic wih incredimail?

Something has GONE wrong, I can send myself an e mail but it never arrives in my inbox, and other incoming mail will appear in any place in the list, I have checked with my server and all is as it should be, and incredimail support is not very helpful. Any ideas anyone, it is driving me nutsAre you WANTING g to send from a mobile devise to your own account?
For those times when you need to send to yourself, bet another e-mail account.
You should be able to send to yourself by using a new w-mail account.
No Geek I send a letter to myself to check the system is working ok , in this case it isn't O/K. Note , my message appears in the sent items, but never reaches the inbox. Would it be a good idea to DUMP incredimail? if I did what is the best mail for windows 7 with Chrome.There are a number of e-mail services.

And / Or
Choose an e-mail client.
My favorite client is Thunderbird. But here areothers.

Also, you can just buy your own e-mail service very cheap. I have one for my private use. Whene3ver I want, I can give myself a new user account.
Of course, you pay for it and have to dote maintenance yourself to keep the cost down. It will host your about $35 a year to have a vertebral service with about 100 accounts and each account limited to 200 MB of storage. Or more storage with few accounts.

Also check with your ISP. Most have some kind of e-mail serve.
