The Lok Sabha elections in Punjab in 2019 took place on May 19 and the results were declared on May 23. There are '13 seats' in the Punjab Lok Sabha of which '4 are reserved' for 'scheduled castes' and '0 for scheduled tribes'.
Punjab has a total of 117 assembly CONSTITUENCIES and also sends 4 members to Rajya Sabha. The 2019 Lok Sabha elections were DOMINATED by the Congress winning 8 of 13 seats whereas BJP- SAD alliance was able to win 4 seats and Aam Aadmi Party was able to win 1 seat.
