_x000D_ I don't know your cpanel version, and web-host server eg: Apache, windows but i am mentioning some steps assuming you have apache server. more or less it has same name. if you want to create database then select option 1 i.e. and follow the below steps After that add database user Assign User to database so that you can access it through remote after database is created you access it through phpmyadmin. to upload files to server you have create FTP which every web developer uses. select 3rd option after creating FTP you can upload files to server. if your website has only html, css and javascript then go 3rd option only you can view uploaded files in cpanel through File Manager i.e option 4 Anything else can be answered if i have screen shot of your cpanel.
