For MMS course, it's best to give the CET exam, as most seats are filled through it. For PGDM, both CAT and CMAT are accepted as well as XAT. CMAT is definitely easier than CAT and XAT, but the cutoffs are higher. Last year, CMAT cutoff was 96 percentile while CAT cutoff was 86 percentile. As far as Material is concerned, you can refer to Arun Sharma books or material from coaching classes for your preparation. Concentrate on giving tests for practice and developing speed.
