If you have a strong UG degree, you can apply for M.Sc in horticulture and change your line of study. Moreover, if you have relevant work experience, it would help you achieve your goal of doing/studying an M.Sc. M.Sc eligibility varies for different colleges and you should be able to check the eligibility of your targetted institute.
