The Hospitality industry is one for the safest industries to work for. To begin with, there is a very high level of security in any well-known hotel and the government requires hotels to take down all personal details of all its patrons before giving them a room or any service. This psychology also would stop patrons from committing any crimes against the workers or staff of the hotel. Usually, hotels hiring female staff are luxurious big brand hotels and their level of security is way more than other normal hotels. Most of these hotels not only provide shuttle service to its female staff for transportation, but also provide both side cab service with a security guard in case the shifts are during the hours of darkness. Besides, the hotel industry pays well and is a great way to learn many new things and be a more confident person along with developing excellent people skills.

Yes, hotel management is good for girls. Now-a-days hotel management has a high demand at present situation. Many of the students are preferring this course because of less competition and can easily get the job in the top companies. Many of the multinational top companies are recruiting the hotel management degree holders by offering a high salary of 4-5 lakhs of rupees per year. And now-a-days in every course, girls are equally competitive with boys. Also, girls are on the top hand than the boys in every course. So, being a girl candidate, you can definitely choose hotel management course. Working hours are according to Indian employment laws. It prohibits working of female employees beyond permissible hours after 7 PM/8.30 PM/9.30 PM/10.00 PM.
